Moreover, New York and these other cities will sue to recover these funds. The ground on which he is denying them funds is that they do not protect law abiding citizens equally. That sounds like the 14th amendment to me. Moreover, some of these cities are providing material support to these anarchists. The media will jump on Trump and they will have effectively stepped into a trap...imho
