Witnessed fire in very early stages of development, obviously intentionally set (no equipment/ power lines near by, far enough off freeway, was not set by vehicle sparks) on the side of the 15 Freeway in RIverside Country, CA 15 Fwy South - JUST South of Cajalco exit -between Cajalco and Weirick Roads as anon rounded the corner on the fwy, anon noticed mid-thirties hispanic male dressed in all black -black pants -black shirt -black hat walking casually away from fire down the shoulder of the freeway no vehicle stopped on the side of the fwy that suspect potentially could have come from pics very related fire and potential suspect already reported to Cal Fire Riverside, and Roverside Country Sheriffs Department putting this here for posterities sake 5:5 anons o7
