Kearns SUES New York Over Driver’s Licenses for Illegals Law - Kerry Picket: Erie County Clerk Michael Kearns is seeking an injunction against the state of New York in order to prevent them from enacting the Green Light law, which is an outrageous piece of legislation that would require county clerks to issue driver’s licenses to illegal aliens.
