MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Border Agents Forced to RELEASE Migrants - Kerry Picket: Due to an increase in migrants at the border, immigration detention facilities are facing a crisis. U.S. Border Patrol in southern California say they are forced to release migrants due to maximum occupancy and are driving them to San Bernardino’s Greyhound bus station.
